Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
Do I still pay my email provider?
Yes. SendStreak runs on top of the backend you connect, so AWS SES, Postmark or your SMTP host bills you directly at its own rates. The comparison above includes the AWS SES cost.
How is my bill rounded?
SendStreak bills in packages of 10,000 emails at €2 each, once per billing period. A started package counts as a whole one: 97,000 billable emails are 10 packages, so €20.
